Does Vitamin.sg deliver to my location?
We currently deliver to Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand (Exclusions apply to restricted zones within the countries). For countries that are not listed on the delivery list, please contact us at email@example.com
Can I change my address, or cancel my order, after the order is confirmed?
If there's a need to amend your address or you have changed your mind about the order, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org | +65 6255 7533 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Once order is packed and dispatched for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. For membership sales order, cancellation is strictly not allowed.

For overseas orders, you can only opt for Delivery Method - Delivery.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For Singapore orders, we always aim to deliver within three (3) working days (for available Product) and within seven (7) working days (for out-of-stock Product) from the date of order confirmation.

For overseas orders, delivery time will be advised accordingly, depending on your country of destination. Delivery will be via Singapore registered post, and you will be provided with a package tracking number.
We always aim to deliver your order as close as possible within the estimated delivery dates, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates or timing.
4. What if I am not around when the delivery man arrives?
For Singapore orders less than $250, we normally will ship via SingPost smartpac. Delivery of such packages will be subjetced to standard SingPost terms and conditions.
Singapore orders greater than S$250 or bulky/ over weight items will be shipped via courier. if you are not available during point of delivery, we will leave a notice slip indicating instructions to call / email for re-delivery arrangements. If delivery of goods to you is still unsuccessful within 7 days from the date of the 1st delivery, a re-delivery fee of S$6.00 will be charged. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time.

For Singapore: We deliver to all addresses, except for selected restricted zones and P.O. Box addresses. For addresses that we are unable to deliver, we will contact you and arrange for delivery to an alternative delivery address.

If you do not wish to bear any additional cost, you can drop by our office to return your purchase. However, if you opt for return service by our courier, all applicable return delivery fees will be borne by you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
We will refund the money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase within fourteen (14) working days.
I have received a wrong / damaged / expired product for my purchase, what should I do? Do I have to pay for the product exchange?
We always take extreme care to deliver your purchase. However, if you inform us that the product has been delivered to you in a damaged condition, or wrong / expired product has been delivered, we will need your prompt action to provide certain information regarding the product to firstname.lastname@example.org within two (2) working days from the delivery date, including:
